Position Description

The Technical Project Manager is a self-starting technologist who loves the challenge of building High Performance Agile teams. We are seeking a seasoned, passionate, and well-rounded scrum master to collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. You will have an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup client and guide the development of amazing set of products.


The Technical Project Manager - Scrum Master will be mainly responsible to setup proper practices for agile team making it effective and efficient processes - from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment. Your role will include running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation and unblocking barriers to keep the team moving. You will be responsible to communicate and collaborate primarily with the engineering and senior management teams.


Must Have Skills:


  • Strong experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Model
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years of leading sprints
  • Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum with deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
  • Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
  • Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics
  • Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira or Basecamp
  • Passionate commitment to delivering products on time


Preferred Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field
  • Good understanding of SEO domain
  • Good understanding of technologies - Python, ReactJS and AWS cloud.


Professional Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to deliver technical content
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ need
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency while being resourceful, proactive and aggressive - Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environmen
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented team player that works well in collaborative situations
