Position Description

We are looking for a Fusion HCM Lead / Senior Functional Consultant for a global Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation for Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules for our client(s).


This role will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules:

  • Gathering, Recording & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and needed documentation
  • Workshop planning and execution experience
  • Understand business requirement and create functional specifications
  • Should have experience in client-facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Onsite teams
  • Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing
  • Planning and execution of training, support and transition
  • Work with teams as well as an individual contributor
  • Strong written and oral communication skills


Must Have Skills: 


  • Overall 7-15 years of IT experience with 3 years or more of relevant Fusion experience in Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules and rest of the experience in EBS Benefits/OAB
  • At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations exposure with hands on experience in Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules along with another module like Payroll / Time & Labor / Absence
  • Should have conducted client workshops/configuration/ on the module
  • Experience in creating workflow and security for the module
  • Exposure to personalization
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in a related field such as Information Technology/Computer Science
