    Position Description

    Wave6 is looking for an energetic, fast-paced Recruiter to join our team in Chicago. This position will be responsible for networking, sourcing and proactively managing the full life-cycle recruiting process for contract and permanent positions including but not limited to Executive, Sales and Technology positions.

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Effectively using various sourcing strategies such as one’s own Network, Job Boards and Social Media to source candidates
    • Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and cold calling these candidates
    • Working with resourcing partners to fulfill client demand within short periods of time
    • Working closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of roles
    • Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, qualifying candidates and presenting to hiring managers
    • Managing the candidates through the full life cycle of recruiting
    • Entering candidate information into the applicant tracking system 

    Must Have Skills:

     

    • A minimum of 1 year of full life-cycle recruitment experience in a professional services company that includes:
      • Strong IT Recruitment experience in digital technologies (analytics, CRM, custom applications development, mobility solutions etc.)
      • Experience with sourcing strategies including but not limited to Networking, Job Boards and Social Media
      • Cold calling, networking with passive candidates and building a “pool” of available resources
      • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word and Excel
      • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCims

    Preferred Skills:

     

    • A comprehensive network of candidates and 3rd party contacts in local and national markets

    • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated history of high volume recruiting  

    Professional Skills:

     

    • Superior communication and social skills. A genuine passion for working with and interacting with people

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles at the same time
    • Ability to interact in a positive and effective way with candidates and internal customers at all levels including Senior Executives
    • Strong follow-up and follow through skills
    • Team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment
    • Strong negotiation skills
