    Position Description

    Location Negotiable. Up to 50% travel required.

     

    Emtec is one of the fastest growing Oracle partners. We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and passionate Oracle EPM Practice Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for Practice development. We are looking for a thought leader, who has been in a customer advisory role and has experience building GTM strategy, providing technical and functional thought leadership, and supporting sales, pre-sales and business development activities for our Oracle EPM Practice.

     

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Identifying and driving new EPM opportunities and go-to-market strategies for the Practice
    • Providing subject matter expertise in Hyperion Planning/EPBCS implementation projects
    • Assisting in pre-sales activities and engaging directly on client pursuits
    • Designing, building and delivering EPM solutions
    • Leading the EPM Practice and driving delivery of projects within the practice to best meet the client's business needs
    • Building technical and process expertise
    • Driving innovation and providing thought leadership
    • Building Intellectual property
    • Building a high performance team through quality hiring and capability building
    • Building a team of high-skilled consultants 

    Must Have Skills: 

     

    • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or higher
    • Over 15 years’ experience leading EPM projects that includes:
    • Selling and delivering medium to large scale Hyperion EPM solutions
    • Experience building and leading an EPM Practice
    • Extensive experience with financial processes such as planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial consolidation
    • Strong system background and experience with one or more of the following software tools - Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, HFM/FCCS, Hyperion Reports, Hyperion Web Analysis

    Preferred Skills: 

     

    • Strong Finance and Accounting background
    • Financial Transformation experience
    • Oracle Cloud and On-Premise experience

    • Excellent problem solving skills 
    • Ability to work well with project stakeholders and project team members
    • High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
