Position Description

Emtec is seeking Associate Fusion Finance Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements, functional specifications.  The Consultant will:

  • Understand the functional requirements
  • Propose functional solutions for customer business process requirements
  • Work with Onsite and Client teams to implement the changes and resolve the issues resulting post implementation

Must Have Skills: 

  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
  • 1-2 years of work experience in EBS-ERP modules like Financials - AP/AR/GL/FA/CM, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing
  • Ability to assist in a hands on capacity on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing
  • Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology  
  • Engineer/ BBA / MBA / Part-time course specialized in Finance / Supply Chain Management or Equivalent
  • 60% of marks scored throughout the career

Preferred Skills: 

  • Previous experience with: 
    • System Configuration
    • Assisting business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
    • Preparing quality deliverables 
    • Preparing test scripts and test cases 
    • Conducting trainings
    • Supporting Project Management Office (PMO) 

Professional Skills: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Ability to work with Executives
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
