Position Description

The Pre-Sales Solution Architect is a self-starting hands-on technology evangelist having the pulse of latest technologies, with a flair towards presenting those through innovative go to market messaging. The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will work as a bridge between business units and marketing team to define and execute marketing strategy for Emtec Digital services through clear articulation of Emtec differentiators, technology expertise and capabilities, experiences, accelerators and value adds. The successful candidate will understand different buyer personas and provide input on creating technical whitepapers, offering videos, case studies, blogs, competitive analysis, email campaign messaging, brochures, Point of Views (PoVs), website content, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), explainer video scripts and other associated marketing support.

Must Have Skills:

  • Develop technical marketing content like presentations, white papers, case studies, blog contributions, explainer video scripts, Competitive Analysis
  • Keep the pulse of latest technology market trends and create an internal knowledge base of all those trends
  • Identify the best ways to highlight Emtec service offerings – technical stuff in non- /semi-technical lucid ways
  • Interact with delivery managers, testing and other service teams to understand Emtec capabilities and develop technical collateral
  • Research and gain insights into the technology landscape related to Emtec’s service offerings and propose newer offerings based on the latest technologies
  • Work with diverse internal teams including delivery, sales, human resources and marketing
  • Expertise in creating and delivering technical content on short notice

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field; MBA Marketing is preferred
  • 10+ years of delivery management experience in IT industry
  • Prior experience working in a client facing project / delivery management role
  • Experience working with technology industry, organizations offering digital transformation services
  • Must be familiar with the latest trends in Digital with an ability to present those in client / prospect meetings / calls
  • Familiarity with new technologies with an ability to translate complex technical offerings and problem statements into an effective and compelling story
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical marketing collateral
  • Experience building & delivering content like presentations, videos, demos, blogs etc.

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to deliver technical content
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency while being resourceful, proactive and aggressive
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented team player that works well in collaborative situations
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Visio.
